The Repeatable Sales System

Let's get your selling under control. Two weeks at a time.

Right now it changes with every deal, and when it works you cannot always say why. I could not either. So I build the parts that are broken, two weeks at a time, into one selling system you own, no year of consulting, no risky hire, no monthly bill.

The offer
The Repeatable Sales Systembuilt in two-week sprints
The engine that turns the interest you already have into signed deals, built with you one sprint at a time. You own all of it at the end, and it runs without you.
  • Thorsten, the operator you build with.
You build it with the operator himself
Thorsten ran a marketplace to €1.5bn and took a venture from almost no one buying to one in three. In the room for every sprint.
The longer story, founder to founder: who you work with →
  • A real deliverable every two weeks
Your positioning, homepage, pitch, pipeline and more, each a built thing you can use on the next call. See them all below.
  • One fixed price, no retainer
No monthly bill, ever. The Audit is money-back, and I only take on a build I can stand behind. On the hook for the result, not the hours.
  • You own the whole thing
Yours to keep, run, and hand to a new hire. No lock-in.
The scope
€6,900 to €16,500
Three tiers, each ending on a live surface. Each starts with the Audit and includes everything before it. The Audit says which you need.
Not sure which? Pick the one that sounds like you:
  • Buyers do not get what you do, or who it is forPositioning, Live
  • Buyers get it, but they do not buyThe Converting Funnel

The problem

The interest is there. It is not turning into deals.

You have a product people want and enough of them looking. But the looking does not become buying. Turning a curious buyer into a signed deal takes a whole system, targeting, positioning, homepage, pitch, demo, pipeline, pricing, and most of it was never built. So buyers leak, and you cannot say where.
And the deals you do win, you cannot repeat.
  • You closed one or two, but you cannot predict the next.
  • Every deal still runs through you: the pitch, the pricing call, the save.
  • Hand one to someone else and it stops moving, and an investor sees a company one person deep.
The solution

Build your repeatable sales system.

This is what turns the interest into deals, and makes it repeatable. Each sprint locks a decision, ships a deliverable you own, and starts a metric, so a metrics sheet builds from the first sprint. The full dashboard is the last build. Scroll the stack to watch the whole thing take shape.

What you'll have in your hands

The AuditThe blueprint
  • Your whole selling engine scored on one page: every job marked holds, leaks, or unbuilt
  • The three or more real problems, each traced to the decision underneath it
  • The priority order: what to fix first, second, third, each one costed
  • A six-month plan, yours to keep whether you build with me or not
Positioning, LiveTargeting
  • Your ICP written down: who you are for, who you are not, and the trigger that makes them buy
  • Your segments ranked, now versus next
  • A market and competitor map: where you can win that they cannot
Positioning, LivePositioning
  • Your locked position: the category, who it is for, why you win, the outcome
  • The core story and the messaging your whole team reuses, block by block, by buying stage
  • Your one-liner, plus answers to the top five objections
  • All of it live on your homepage, not just sitting in a document
The Converting FunnelHomepage
  • Publish-ready homepage copy, section by section
  • The section plan: which decision each block carries
  • A before-and-after buyer-question scorecard
  • A clean brief your designer or developer can build from
The Converting FunnelPipeline
  • Your CRM set up: companies, people, deals, and the stages between
  • Qualification gates: proceed, wait, or skip
  • Call-prep and debrief templates, and a follow-up email that answers the buyer's real questions
  • A recurring deal-review your team runs without you
The Converting FunnelPricing
  • Your value metric: what the price scales on
  • The pricing model and the tiers, and why a buyer moves up
  • Contract terms: minimums, payment, renewals
  • Discount discipline: when it is allowed, who signs it off, how much
The Whole MotionPitch
  • A 12-slide deck, hook to the ask, copy written
  • Speaker notes for every slide
  • Passed the travel test: a champion forwards it and the recipient gets it without you in the room
The Whole MotionDemo
  • A five-minute demo arc: hook, problem, the magic moment, close, next step
  • A day-one sales brief your reps sell from
  • An objection-to-answer map, by buying stage
The Whole MotionMetrics
  • The number each earlier sprint started, wired into one live read
  • Your analytics, CRM, and billing numbers in one place
  • A measure for every step from a buyer looking to a signed deal
  • A dashboard you run the business on, not a report you file
How it works

Inside one sprint, day by day. You decide, I build.

No blank pages, no homework. You make the calls only you can make; I do the research, the options, and the building. Two weeks, a fixed rhythm.

YouMy side
Block it once and you have your whole calendar. That exact rhythm repeats every sprint, so a full Converting Funnel (the Audit plus five sprints, twelve weeks) is the Audit's three short calls in the first fortnight, then two calls a fortnight after that. No surprise meetings, ever.
Per sprint: two video calls (a 60-minute kickoff and a 90-minute share-out) and one 10-minute voice note. About three hours of your time across the fortnight, always on the days above. The rest is on me.

Why not just AI?

Go ahead, do your positioning with Claude. Then come back when you are tired of being the one thing every deal waits on. Here is what founders like you reach for instead. What I build is true for your deals, it is yours, and I am on the hook for it, money-back on the Audit.
Why this
Most alternatives do one of two things: rent you a person, or sell you advice. I do neither. I build you an engine you own, with no lock-in. Keep me on if you want it, never because you are stuck.

Questions

Do I have to build all of them?
No, most do not. The Audit tells you which you need, and in what order.
How much of my time does this take?
About one working session and one review per build. The rest is on me.
Can I start small and upgrade?
Yes. You pay only the difference to move up, if you book the next step within 90 days. You never pay twice, and the total never goes above the list price.
Is there a retainer?
No. Ongoing support is optional and cancel-anytime. You own your decisions and pages and could run them yourself.
Do you do our outreach or ads?
No. I build the engine that turns the interest you already have into signed deals. A vetted partner handles new demand, working from your decisions, not a blank page.
What comes after the build?
Keeping and growing the customers you win, then a team that runs it without you. Built in order, on purpose.

Ready to build the engine? Book a fit call.

A short fit call, no pitch. I check it is a real fit, then start you on the Audit, build only what it flags, and step back once the engine runs without me. I ran a 1.5 billion euro marketplace for chemical materials and still did not know how to grow my own customers. That is the gap I build against. You leave with a plan either way.
