Why this book
Most founders never get past selling by hand.
A founder builds something real, then sells it deal by deal, on memory and nerve. The story shifts every call. New hires take months to sound right. Good deals stop moving because a buyer cannot retell a story that was never fixed. There are shelves of books on pitching, on growth hacks, on funnels. There is almost nothing on the thing underneath: the commercial system that makes the next deal look like the last one, on purpose. That is the book I needed and could not find, so I am writing it.
A sneak preview
From the opening.
The deal you remember is the one that closed itself. The buyer already knew why they needed you. Your price made sense to them before you said it. Your team could have run the call without you in the room. It felt like luck. It was not. Somewhere underneath, the decisions that deal stood on were already made, and written down. The deals that exhaust you are the ones where none of that is true, and you carry all of it in your head, every single time. This book is about moving those decisions out of your head and into a system, so the deal that felt like luck becomes the one you can repeat.

The shape of it
The current outline.
A working table of contents. It will move as the book does.
01
The deal you can't repeat
Why founder-led selling stops scaling, and what it quietly costs you.
02
The decisions under the pitch
Who you are for, why you win, how you price. Locked, written down, and yours.
03
A story that travels
One story the homepage, deck, and demo all tell, so it sells without you in the room.
04
Proof a committee can act on
What convinces the user, the budget holder, and procurement, instead of a feature tour.
05
The pipeline out of your head
Your way of selling, turned into a system your team can run.
06
The engine that runs without you
The rhythm and the source of truth that outlive the founder, and the next hire.
The back cover
You built a product that works. Selling it still runs through you: your attention, your memory, your face in every deal. The Repeatable Deal is about the system underneath the selling, the one almost nobody builds. Written by an operator who raised twenty million, ran a marketplace for chemical materials that moved 1.5 billion euros, and still had to learn this the hard way. Not theory. The thing I wish someone had handed me.
