Send me the founders you can't help. I'll send you the ones I can't.
You know B2B tech founders who can build but get stuck at selling. I build the commercial system that gets them selling, and I work with a tight network of operators who cover everything around it: demand, design, brand, talent, capital. Refer, co-deliver, or send a whole portfolio. We agree the terms up front, and the founder wins.
The network
A full go-to-market bench, on call.
A founder rarely needs just one thing. They need demand, a site that converts, a brand that travels, the right hires, sometimes capital. I work with a tight network of operators I trust across all of it, so a founder gets seamless handoffs and one coherent result, not five vendors to stitch together. Filter by what you are looking for.

Introduce someone → The short version
I'm looking for you.
You meet B2B tech founders who can build but get stuck at selling. Or you deliver a piece of go-to-market I don't: demand, design, brand, talent, capital. We send each other the right people, agree the terms up front, and the founder gets one result instead of five opinions.
Three ways to work together
Pick the one that fits how you work.
01
You know the founders
Refer them
Who you are
You meet B2B tech founders early, in accelerators, labs, syndicates, or your own network, and you can tell who has built something real and gets stuck at selling it.
How it works
You introduce us, or just send the free read. I read their homepage the way their buyer does and send back where it loses people. No call, no pressure. You stay the person who found them something useful.
What you get
A genuinely useful thing to give a founder, and a referral fee or share agreed up front, one you would be comfortable telling the founder about.
02
You deliver a piece I don't
Co-deliver
Who you are
You are an operator, agency, or studio in demand, design, brand, talent, or capital, working with the same founders. You have more demand than hours, or you want a commercial system to bring to your own clients.
How it works
We co-deliver on an engagement, or hand a piece back and forth: I take the commercial system, you hold your craft. Same founder, one coherent result, seamless handoffs.
What you get
A productized system to plug into your delivery, overflow handled without losing the client, and a profit-share or scope split agreed up front.
03
You back the founders
Send a portfolio
Who you are
You run an accelerator or a fund. Your portfolio can build but gets stuck the moment they have to sell. Their traction question is really a commercial-system question.
How it works
You send the portfolio for a clear read on readiness to sell, founder by founder, and a path to fix what is broken. Signal you can act on at the board table, not another generic mentor hour.
What you get
A readiness lens across the portfolio and a real first step for each founder. The full investor view lives on its own page.
Why partner with me
There is something real to refer into.
Most go-to-market help is a person and their opinions. Mine is productized: a free read, then the Audit that maps the whole motion, then Sprints that build only what is broken. So a founder you send over gets a clear first step, a fixed scope, and a result they keep, not a gamble on chemistry. I came up in deep tech, raised twenty million, and built a marketplace for chemical materials that moved 1.5 billion euros, so I sell the way your founders need to, not the way a generalist consultant talks.
Free → kept
Every referral starts with a free read and ends with a result the founder owns. Nothing locks them in, so the intro stays easy to make.
How working together works
Three ways in, and most of the work is mine.
01
Refer
Send the free read or an intro. I read their homepage and send back where it loses buyers, no call needed. You stay the person who gave them something useful, on a fee agreed up front.
02
Co-deliver
We split the scope on an engagement: I take the commercial system, you hold your craft. One founder, seamless handoffs, a profit-share or split agreed up front.
03
Send a portfolio
Accelerators and funds send founders for a readiness read and a real first step. You get signal for the board table. The full investor view is on its own page.
The founder gets one coherent result, not five opinions. That is what makes the intro, and the collaboration, safe to make.
Questions you're asking
Partnering, answered.
How do I refer a founder to Product.Zone?
Introduce us by email, or send the founder the free-read link directly. I read their homepage and send back where it loses buyers, no call required. You stay the person who gave them something useful.
How do referral fees or profit-shares work?
Agreed up front, per partner: a referral fee, a profit-share on co-delivery, or mutual invites into each other's client work. Always something you would be comfortable telling the founder about. I would rather get that right with you than quote a blanket number here.
Can we co-deliver on the same client?
Yes. I take the commercial system, you hold your craft, on one shared engagement. The founder gets seamless handoffs and one result, and we agree the split up front.
What makes a founder a good fit to send over?
B2B tech, a product that already works, and a team that gets stuck at selling, usually into buying committees and long, regulated cycles. If users like it but procurement does not buy it, that is the one.
Can an accelerator send its whole portfolio?
Yes. Start with a few founders, expand on what lands. Each gets a readiness read and a real first step, and you get signal you can use at the board table. The full investor view is on the investor page.
I run a go-to-market service. Can I join the network?
Probably, if you are an operator I would trust with my own clients. Start a conversation. The network stays small on purpose, so the handoffs stay clean and the founder always gets one coherent result.
What does the founder actually get?
It starts with a free read of their homepage. From there, optionally, the Audit that maps their whole motion and the Sprints that build only what is broken. A result they keep, whether or not they continue.
Let's talk
Know a founder who can build but not sell? Or want to join the network?
Send them the free read, or start a conversation about working together. Both take five minutes, and I answer every one.
Same system behind every referral and every collaboration: the free read, the Audit, the Sprints.
