Terms
These terms cover the paid services on this site: First Move and the Audit. They are the agreement between you and Product.Zone when you buy. Product.Zone is a brand of MAKE A DIFFERENCE VENTURES B.V., a company based in the Netherlands (KvK 84021101, VAT NL863066100B01).
Who these terms are for
Product.Zone sells to businesses. These services are meant for founders and teams buying in a professional capacity, not for consumers. A short note on consumer rights is at the end for the rare case a buyer is a consumer.
What you are buying
First Move (€249). A small, real start. You get working sessions with the owner and a decision repository: a written record of the commercial decisions we lock together. The current scope and inclusions are on the First Move page.
The Audit. A deeper piece of work that produces the plan and the priority order for making your product sell. The current scope and price are on the Audit page.
How work is delivered. Both services are delivered as live working sessions plus written outputs kept in a decision repository you can access. This is advisory and build work, not software or a licence.
The €249 credit
If you buy First Move and then buy the Audit within 90 days, the full €249 is credited against the Audit price.
Whether or not you go on to the Audit, the First Move outputs are yours to keep. The €249 buys real work, not a trial.
Payment
Prices are shown on the offer pages. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of any VAT that applies. VAT is handled according to the rules for your situation and country.
Payment is taken through our payment provider, Mollie (EU). Access to the work starts once payment is confirmed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise to do the work with care and to a professional standard, and to deliver the sessions and the decision repository described for the service you bought.
We do not promise a specific business outcome. Sales, revenue, funding, and growth depend on many things outside our control, including your market, your team, and how the decisions are carried out. Nothing on this site or in the work is a guarantee of a commercial result.
Any money-back or satisfaction terms that apply to a specific service are stated on that service's page and form part of this agreement.
Your part
The work depends on you taking part: showing up to the sessions, sharing what we need, and making the decisions the work puts in front of you. If you cannot take part for a while, tell us and we will find a fair way to reschedule.
Your content and confidentiality
What you share with us about your business stays confidential and is used only to do the work. You keep ownership of your own materials. You get the right to use the outputs we deliver to you for your own business.
We may describe the work at a general level as a reference (for example, the type of company and the result), without naming you or sharing anything confidential, unless we agree otherwise.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under an agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any agreement under them are governed by the law of the Netherlands.
If a dispute comes up, let us try to solve it directly first: email hi@product.zone. If we cannot, the dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands for the district of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam).
Right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law is for consumers, not for businesses. As these services are sold to businesses, that right does not normally apply.
If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw. Because these are services, if you ask us to start within those 14 days and we finish before they are over, the right to withdraw ends once the service is fully delivered. Contact hi@product.zone if this applies to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one live when you buy. Last updated: 2 July 2026.
